Bayer 04 Leverkusen brought in English center-back Jarell Quansah from Liverpool for €35m, 23-year-old Attacking Midfielder Malik Tillman from PSV for €35m, Eliesse Ben Seghir, Left-Winger from Monaco for €32.00m, 23-year-old Equi Fernández, Argentine Defensive Midfielder from Al-Qadsiah for €25m, and 25-year-old Loïc Badé, French center-back from Sevilla FC for €25m.
